Thirty browser tabs, a dozen YouTube videos, and Reddit threads that conflict with each other — put it down. We're real people in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Xi'an who read your actual plan and stay one message away.
The first two cover one party of up to 4 people and trips up to 14 days.
Bigger or more complex? That's the third.
Travelers fill in a ten-minute questionnaire. Teams send one email with dates, headcount, and what the trip is for.
We read what you have, flag what won't hold up, and come back with fixes — or, for teams, a plan and a quote. Someone who lives where you're going, not an account manager.
You land with the plan in hand and us one message away, 8am to 10pm China time. Teams can add a local who travels with them in person, day by day.
We're locals in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Xi'an — a little too opinionated about home.
We plan, check, translate, and fix what goes sideways, for holidays and for business trips alike.
No scripts, no one can pay us to change a recommendation, and you stay in control of your own trip.
No — and that's deliberate. We plan, check, and guide; you book with your own accounts, so you keep every confirmation, point, and refund right in your name. We give exact instructions for every booking.
The parts that aren't the meetings themselves: itinerary and transport, hotels that can register foreign passports, interpreters, pre-departure prep for every traveler, and a bilingual team on chat while your people are on the ground. If you'd rather not do it over chat, we can send someone to travel with your team in person — meeting to meeting, day by day. That in-person option is for group and business trips only; our individual traveler services are chat-based. We quote per trip on your dates, group size, and scope, invoice you directly, and are glad to sign an NDA or work through your procurement process.
No. There's no bus, no flag, no schedule but yours. We're the local knowledge layer on top of your own trip — whether that trip is a holiday or a week of meetings.
For group and business trips, yes — a local who moves with your team day by day, interpreting at meetings and handling logistics as they come up. For individual travelers we stay on chat, which keeps the service affordable and, honestly, is enough for almost every situation a trip throws at you.
English and Mandarin today. Tell us what you need — this list is growing.
Anything about daily life in China: what a menu says, how to get somewhere, which teahouse is worth it, what to do when plans change. On business trips it's usually a document that needs reading now, a driver who needs directions, or a meeting that moved. In a true emergency, always call local emergency services first — in mainland China that's 110 for police, 120 for ambulance, and 119 for fire. Once you're safe, message us and we'll provide additional help: translating, finding hospitals with English-speaking staff, and reaching your embassy or insurer — even outside our regular hours.
Full refund any time before we deliver your review, or before your trip starts for the concierge. After that, we pro-rate fairly. Group and business work is covered by the terms in your quote. No forms, no fights.
